The teaser poster of Jannat 2 is out. While the plot of Jannat was about the match fixing scam and all the drama involving cricket, Jannat 2 is about the pistols and guns.

A unit source revealed, "The plot of Jannat 2 is based in the North where it very easy to acquire a weapon. It is usually the North Indian families that always have a weapon with them. It takes a close look at the use and misuse of this."Jannat 2 has Emraan Hashmi and Isha Gupta in the lead.

Year 2012 seems to be season of franchise. Many upcoming movies that are undergoing the shooting process or are on the verge of completion are sequels. One of those many movies is Jannat 2 of which the teaser has been released.

The preface of the first teaser opens up to an introduction of the original concept, folding to the fresh new appeal in which serial kisser Emraan Hashmi is standing in an ambush of firearms. The original Jannat was a surprise hit and was the storyline was appreciated by the moviegoers.

Randeep Hooda is the acting as the cop in the movie. A new face in the female lead comes up as Esha Gupta. Music is given by Pritam and is directed by Kunal Deshmukh. The film is set to release on May 4, 2012.

The Bhatt camp these days is focusing on the sequels as they find it the right platform to pool-in money from, after Murder 2, Jism 2 is another film coming from the camp. Blood Money too was previously murmured to be the sequel of Kalyug. Now only time will tell that playing such cards on deck of Bollywood proves worthy or not.
